Rates
Chestnut Hill Rental Rates for 2010
Throughout year: $2300.00
December thru to December 31: Please inquire
8 Persons per stay
Check- in: 5 p.m. Check-out: 12 noon
Minimum Stay 7 days, 6 Nights Weekly Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
We require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost to hold your holiday week(s) for you. The balance including the security deposit is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. For convenience you may want to mail a post-dated cheque along with your deposit.
The security deposit is $500 and is normally refunded within 2-3 weeks of your departure. Your reservation will be booked and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
If your vacation date is within 30 days of the booking, the entire rental amount and security deposit is required and your cheque must be certified.
Steps:
1. Please advise us by e-mail the week or weeks that you are interested in. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to the cottage.
2. We will e-mail the RENTAL AGREEMENT to you to print out & sign. Please incluse the number of people in your party & pets that will be joining you on your vacation.
3. Please enclose a signed copy of the rental agreement along with your cheques made payable to Paul Duffy and send Express Post to

4. Once we receive all the paperwork we will e-mail you & let you know that we have received everything. We will in turn send out the directions on how to get to our cottage. We meet all clients upon arrival & also meet them on there way out as well.
